Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLiving at the social Chico has been good for me the staff are great i have no problem at all with them since i really don't talk to them at all since i been living here for 3 years now The manager is a great guy and i always like to talk to him since we both into the same hobbies over all his great manager I would not stay at the social Chico if he left.
the internet is really great fast for the price i pay fo the room i just wish the internet would let me do port forwarding when I first moved in 2019 I could do port forwarding if the internet was not included would wither pay for since i could do port forwarding but everything else is fine

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI honestly really enjoy living here. It’s super close to the university and Downtown chico. You’re able to walk anywhere you need to go within just minutes. The food here is really good, and the gym and pool are pretty rad as well

The staff is friendly and is interactive at all the community events, which I find myself looking forward to whenever I hear of them. The facilities themselves are also excellent. I am routinely impressed by how high-quality things here are. The rent is some of the most affordable in Chico, which is what drew me in, but it gave me the expectation that the facilities may be lacking. But it turns out that the Social does not lack for quality amenities like the pool, gym, laundry, food, and mail services.
