I got to live with amazing roommates. I got to meet great people and make even greater friends. I’m happy to have got to live in the Social dorms and happier that I get to live in the Social apartments next year

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe staff and maintenance are extremely friendly as well as helpful. The neighborhood around is quiet, for the most part, during the day. The location is within walking distance of downtown Chico so it’s easy to go out and explore on days off.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe area is close to Chico and has a 7-eleven, laundry matt, and taco shop nearby. The bus runs often enough although it has been reduced to one after a liytlw qhile of being here. The food is not that good, and the rooms are littlw cramped.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall The Social Chico has been moving around and improving daily. The staff have been quite helpful overall, and I appreciate the overall feel of the place. The breakfast food is quite nice also.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSometimes the printer doesn't work and the computers in the computer lab don't function properly sometimes. The windows in the gym don't open at all so there is no fresh air while working out, and the safety at The social could be handled a lot better. Other than that the place is great. The RA's are awesome, all other staff are friendly and understanding when it comes to important payments and documents. Maintenance is good with fixing things in a timely fashion. There are monthly events like game night or movie night with free food sometimes in the RA hub which is fun because I get to connect with the other residents and have a good time.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe reward system The Social uses allows for students to have a sense of ownership and pride, and be rewarded for living at the complex. I did not expect them to have program like such, but I enjoy it.
